RECIPES:

Spicy Chicken Pasta:
1 large chicken breast, sliced into strips
– Season with Tony’s, Paprika, Salt and Pepper
– Cook chicken in butter/olive oil until fully cooked
-Remove from pan
– Add in 1 TBSP of minced garlic, let cook for about a minute
– Add 3/4 cup chicken broth to deglaze pan, let this cook down
– Add 1 1/4 whole milk, let warm up
-Add in 3-4 TBSP of cream cheese and let that melt
– Season to taste
– Italian Style Cheese to taste

Roasted Chicken Drummies and Potatoes:

2-3 potatoes of your choice, dice into 1/2 inch cubes
Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, parmesan cheese

Drizzle 6 chicken drummies with olive oil, 1 heaping teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 tbsp minced garlic, splash of lemon juice. Mix all of this together. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes until potatoes and chicken are cooked all the way through.

Beef and Gravy over Rice:
-Saute 1/2 yellow onion in olive oil. Season to taste
– Add in 1-2 TBSP minced garlic. Cook for one minute
– Add in 1 lb cooked lean ground beef and 1 can mushrooms, warm up
– 2 TBSP flour, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 can beef broth, let simmer for 5 minutes, season to taste
– For extra creaminess, add in a couple tablespoons of cream cheese and 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup

Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or pasta

Barbeque Chicken:
2 cups shredded chicken
3/4 cup bbq sauce
2 tbsp zesty Italian dressing
1 tbsp brown sugar
season to taste

Pizza Dough:

Spaghetti:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 jar pasta sauce of choice
1 can petite diced tomatoes
season with: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, oregano, salt, pepper, sugar
