Cut chicken into small or medium pieces. Heat oil at medium heat, saute chicken for couple of minutes and remove it from pan.
Fry onion and garlic in oil at a medium heat until it is soft.
Add tomatoes and saute for couple more minutes until tomatoes are completely soft and become juicy.
Add curry powder and coconut milk and saute for another minute. Add salt to taste after adding curry powder.
While the curry starts to boil, add chicken into the curry and mix it well.
Reduce heat and allow chicken to cook completely.
Serve it with rice or roti.
